Our Programs
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
YCR’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers structured, therapeutic support for youth and young adults who need more than traditional outpatient therapy but do not require inpatient or residential care. Services are provided three days per week and focus on emotional stabilization, skill-building, relapse prevention, and strengthening coping strategies while individuals continue living at home.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
YCR’s Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides a higher level of outpatient care for youth and young adults who need intensive daily therapeutic support and structure. PHP is designed to help individuals stabilize, reduce symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and prevent hospitalization while remaining connected to family and community.
Outpatient Counseling & Family Support
YCR offers individual, group, and family counseling to help youth, young adults, and their families address behavioral health concerns, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and build long-term strategies for success and stability.
Supported Employment Services
YCR’s Supported Employment Services assist eligible young adults in developing the skills, confidence, and support needed to obtain and maintain meaningful employment. Services may include career exploration, job readiness, workplace support, and coordination with other treatment services to promote independence and long-term success.
